James 1:8
” A double minded man is unstable in all his ways”

FOCUS is the goal this week!

ACTIVITY 8
Answer these questions in your journal.

1. When life gets busy, does your time with God tend to get pushed aside?
2. When you try to focus on something, do you find that you are easily distracted?
3. Overall, would you (or others) say that you tend to be a worrier?
4. Do you ever feel sorry for yourself?
5. In your opinion, do you think you do more than your fair share of work?
6. Do you find at times that you are easily angered by others?
7. Would you say that it’s easy for you to see others faults?
8. At times, do you find yourself questioning if God really cares about you?

Psalm 119 ( Message Bible)

1   You’re blessed when you stay on course, walking steadily on the road

        revealed by GOD.

2  You’re blessed when you follow His directions, doing your best to find him.

3  That’s right–you don’t go off on your own; you walk straight along the road He set.

4  You, GOD, prescribed the right way to live; now you expect us to live it.

    5  Oh, that my steps might be steady, keeping to the course you set;

6  Then I’d never have any regrets in comparing my life with your counsel.

7   I thank you for speaking straight from your heart; I learn the pattern of your

         righteous ways.

8   I’m going to do what you tell me to do; don’t ever walk off and leave me.

Allow this encouraging scripture to keep you on course.  Whether you call it your purpose, passion, path, assignment, anointing, mission or calling…don’t give up.  Yes, you may be discouraged…but not defeated.  God will bless your efforts and faith.
